This matters more than you'd think: at this price point, most venues sell shared rooms where strangers join your game. With us, it's only ever your group.

You pay securely online at the time of booking — that's what locks in your private room and time slot. Just bring your confirmation when you arrive. Any add-on players can be paid for at the location before the game starts.

Each game lasts one hour — but some teams escape sooner! Groups usually spend about 90 minutes here in total, from the time they arrive to when they leave.

PanIQ Room Boston is at 130 Water St, Boston, MA 02109, in the heart of the Financial District. It's easy to reach by public transportation — State Street and Aquarium MBTA stations are nearby — and parking is available in nearby garages.

Yes — you can add players up to the room's maximum capacity. The easiest way is to do it at the location before the game starts; there's no need to notify us in advance.

Walk-ins are welcome until the last game of the day, which starts 1 hour before closing — once the last game begins, no walk-ins can be accepted. Opening hours are for reference only and may vary with fewer bookings, so always check the live time slots on our booking page. Booking ahead is the only way to guarantee your private room.

Absolutely. Escape rooms are ideal for team building because they encourage collaboration, communication and problem-solving in a fun, immersive environment — teams strengthen their bonds while solving exciting challenges together.
